Celyn Textiles will process your name and contact details to administer courses that you subscribe to. We will also email you details of courses and events, but only with your explicit consent. You can opt out at any time by emailing sedavies50@hotmail.com .

 

Legal basis and retention

The legal basis for processing your name and address is to fulfil a contract to facilitate the workshop that you have subscribed to. This information will be retained for current year plus seven years for financial purposes.

 

If you have special access requirements, this information will also be stored to make sure we can accommodate your requirements, and will be securely disposed of within six months of your last attendance at a Celyn Textiles workshop.

 

The legal basis for processing information for marketing purposes is your explicit consent, and we will only store this information for as long as you consent to marketing.

 

Information sharing

This information will never be shared with third parties without your consent, unless Celyn Textiles is required to do so by law.
